If for any reason, you are not happy with your item, please email us within 5 days of receiving your package. We will respond to your email within 24 hours with an assigned refund number and further instructions. All returned item(s) must be in perfect condition and in original packaging. The shipping fee is non-refundable and we are not responsible for lost or damaged product that might occur during shipping. Simply Fab Jewelry, LLC offers you a 100% guarantee on your purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee. Upon receiving your returned products, we will refund you 100% of the return products value minus the restocking fee via the same payment channel as your purchase, or provide you with a store credit on your next order.
